Remodel, Restore, Renovate
2007 Home & Garden Show featuring the latest and greatest home improvement ideas
Whether you are thinking about building a new home, looking for landscaping ideas, or simply about to embark on painting a bedroom, visitors to the 2007 Buffalo Home and Garden Show will once again be home to the latest and greatest home and garden products and services. Taking place March 3 – March 11 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, the 2007 Buffalo Home & Garden Show will feature over 500 exhibits, including the largest home ever-built specifically for the event – a Contemporary Victorian house.
Hundreds of products and services to improve the quality of your home and yard will be on display at this year’s Buffalo Home & Garden show. There is something for every homeowner including: interior decorators, remodeling contractors, landscapers, homebuilders, and much more. The show is a tremendous source for new products information and professional advice.
The centerpiece of the 2007 Buffalo Home and Garden Show will be a full-scale Contemporary Victorian house that visitors can explore inside and out. The exterior of the home will mirror the eclectic Victorian-style homes located in Buffalo’s Elmwood District, and will transform into an urban and modern oasis on the inside. Roughly 70 percent of Buffalo was built between 1850 and 1900, and were formal spaces suitable for life a century ago. The challenge is converting those spaces to fit a comfortable lifestyle today.
The 2007 Home and Garden Show will feature guest speakers, workshops and seminars, live demonstrations of the latest and hottest products, as well as local home and garden shopping promotions.
The 2007 Buffalo Home & Garden Show opens on Saturday, March 3, from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Show times for the remainder of the week are: Sunday, March 4, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Monday – Thursday, March 5-8, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Friday & Saturday, March 9 & 10, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.; and Sunday, March 11, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Box office ticket prices are $9 for adults, $3 for youth 6-12 years of age, and children 5 and under are admitted free.
