Parkside Tour of HomesTake a tour of beautiful and distinctive homes in Buffalo’s Parkside neighborhood during the 9th Annual Parkside Tour of Homes on Sunday, May 20. Designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, Parkside features a wealth of exquisite houses from the late 19th and early 20th century.

Featuring a diverse mix of architectural, styles, the tour will examine houses from the American Four Square, Victorian, Queen Anne, Craftsman, and the Arts & Crafts movements. Homeowners supported by knowledgeable docents will walk you through these unique Buffalo treasures. Most of the houses in the Parkside Community were built from 1880 thru 1930 and includs designs by prominent local architects E.B. Green and William Sydney Wicks.

Tickets are $13 in advance, $15 the day of the tour. Advance tickets can be obtained by calling (716) 838-1240 during regular business hours. The Parkside Community Association asks that no children under the age of twelve attend and the event is held rain or shine.
