The National Buffalo Wing Festival makes its return to Dunn Tire Park.

Allenton Arts FestivalLooking for something to do this Labor Day Weekend?  For the sixth year in a row, Buffalo celebrates its most famous invention: Wings!  Come and see the National Buffalo Wing Festival that has attracted national attention from CNN, Chef Bobby Flay, The Food Network and the Today Show.

On September 1st and 2nd, people can sample some of the best sauce and wing recipes in the nation.  Last year, 51,000 people made their way to Dunn Tire Park to try this famous food.  Over 15 tons and 280,000 wings were served, and $20,000 was raised for charity.  Don’t miss this year’s Wing Festival, as they try to beat last year’s records. 

Visitors can sample dozens of varieties of wings and sauces from wing joints across the country. The event features many competitions, from the Miss Buffalo Wing contest to Hot Sauce Recipe challenge.  Both days also feature a variety of events, from live music to family-fun contests.  Last year, there was even a Festival wing wedding! 

Admission is $5 with children 8 & under, free.  Food tickets are $1 each and are used to purchase all food products on the premises.
