Experience Fun at America’s Fair!
It’s homegrown goodness, farm raised animals and so much more.
There’s nothing quite like the awesome sight of a newborn calf, the strains of a country song drifting across tent tops or the aroma of an award-winning, freshly baked pie. Savor this, and more, at America’s Fair from August 10th through 20th at the Hamburg Fairgrounds near Buffalo.
The sights, sounds and smells that are unique to a county fair are yours to enjoy when the second largest one in the nation makes its appearance beginning on Thursday, August 10th and running through Sunday, August 20th on McKinley Parkway in Hamburg this year.
It’s a magical time and, fittingly, the 2006 Americas Fair theme is “The Magic Continues.”
Hot dogs, fried dough, cotton candy and farm animals are not the only attractions awaiting your visit. There will be twenty-two buildings full of gifts, artwork, crafters, woodworkers, history of the local area and more.
Free shows daily include special performances such as All the Kings Horses featuring horses dancing to the music of great composers. Enjoy America’s Fair’s popular Jerry Valley, Master Hypnotist. The acclaimed hypnotist has been seen on ABC’s 20/20.
Featured concerts include performances by Big and Rich; The Letterman; Dierks Bentley; Jessie McCartney; Blue Oyster Cult; and American Idol winner Carrie Underwood. Tickets are on sale at www.tickets.com, Tops Markets, Martin’s Super Food Stores and the Agri-Center. Or order by phone at 1-888-233-6000.
