Fall Into Fun!
The Great Pumpkin Farm Festival provides a month of fall festivities for the family
Featuring hay rides, a cornmaze, petting zoo, contests, haunted houses and much, much more!
Beginning September 29th and running through Halloween, the Great Pumpkin Farm Festival in the charming Buffalo suburb of Clarence provides family fun, thrills for adventure seekers and a guaranteed great time for everyone.
There is something at the Great Pumpkin Farm Festival for all ages. The Cornmaze winds thrill seekers throughout the extensive cornfields, the animal farm features a petting zoo for children, hay rides are perfect for the family and the live entertainment is a great way to kick back and relax.
For something scarier, the haunted houses of Dark Raven Manor & Raven Hill Asylum are located within the Western New York Event Center on the Great Pumpkin Farm. These haunted houses run simultaneously with the festival. Featuring ghosts, zombies and monsters as you walk throughout hallways, rooms and cemeteries-- this is Western New York’s most terrifying haunted experience. For more information, visit www.darkravenmanor.com.
Opening Weekend is OINKtoberfest with New York State’s official barbeque with a Western theme. Live music, door giveaways, samplings and a beer garden highlight this weekend. October 7-9 is the 25th annual Great Pumpkin Weigh-Off. Bring your heaviest pumpkin to win some great prizes and to beat last year’s record-- 1208.5 lbs.
The Great Pumpkin Farm Festival runs seven days a week, from 10am-Dusk. For more information, call 716-759-2260 or visit www.greatpumpkinfarm.com
